The idea behind the Pop-Up Cartier boutique was to allow business to continue while the main boutique was being renovated.
Despite the tight schedule, the boutique had to maintain the brand's prestige and live up to Cartier's reputation.
The project had to be quick to build, yet luxurious and elegant.
As this was a temporary boutique, Cartier entrusted us with the task of creating a boutique that didn't fit in with the brand's usual boutique concept, and let us add a colonial touch to the decor while retaining the brand's codes.
Walls, floors and furniture are made from tropical woods, worked locally with the expertise of our carpenters. The richness of the details is reminiscent of Cartier's own world of jewelry.
